The Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive SKF Seals & Sealing Solutions sales in Manesar, Haryana (IMT Manesar Industrial Area coverage). You will specialize in selling SKF industrial seals, gaskets, and lubrication systems to OEMs, plant managers, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, MRO customers, and industrial end-users in your territory

- Conduct 15-20 customer visits per week across Manesar, Gurugram, Bawal, and surrounding industrial clusters

- Provide technical consultation on SKF sealing solutions, gaskets, and lubrication systems

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

- Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly sales reports

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

- Represent DHE Global at industry events and trade shows

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized sealing solutions

- Monthly sales targets and revenue achievement

- 15-20 customer visits per week

- 80% quotation-to-order conversion rate

- New customer acquisition and account penetration

- CRM accuracy and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred)

- 3-5 years of B2B industrial sales experience (seals, bearings, or related products preferred)

- Prior experience with SKF products is a strong advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

- Valid two-wheeler driving license
