Sushanku Realty is a growing Mumbai-based real estate developer delivering contemporary residential projects in prime locations such as Wadala, Malad, and Goregaon.

We are currently developing high-rise residential projects under DCPR 2034 and are looking to strengthen our internal administration and documentation systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Office Administrator who can manage overall office operations while also supporting real estate approvals, documentation, and consultant coordination.

This role combines:

- Strong administrative capability
- Organized documentation management
- Basic understanding of real estate plans & approvals (preferred)

The ideal candidate should be structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both general office administration and project-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities? Office Administration

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
- Handle official correspondence, letters, and email communication
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office
- Coordinate meetings with consultants, lawyers, and vendors
- Maintain records of agreements, invoices, and approvals
- Handle office equipment and vendor coordination

? Real Estate Documentation & Coordination





- Assist in preparation and compilation of documentation for:
- IOD / CC / OC
- Fire NOC
- AAI / Height Clearance
- Tree Authority
- Workplace / utility approvals
- Read and refer to sanctioned architectural plans when required
- Maintain approval trackers and condition compliance lists
- Coordinate with architects, liaison consultants, and legal teams
- Ensure documents are complete, signed, stamped, and properly archived

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in office administration
- Prior experience in real estate / construction industry preferred
- Basic understanding of approval processes (IOD / CC / OC exposure is a plus)
- Ability to understand building plans (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Has worked with a real estate developer, architectural firm, or approvals consultant
- Organized, process-driven, and comfortable handling confidential documents
- Able to independently manage tasks and prioritize effectively

Compensation

₹6 – 8 LPA (based on experience and role fit)
