The selected candidate will undergo structured onboarding and training on the organization’s digital platform and program processes. The role primarily involves supporting Special Educators (SEs), strengthening field coordination, and ensuring effective and timely implementation of project activities on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and extensive field visits across Dehradun and nearby areas for program coordination
- Learn and efficiently use the organization’s digital application and tools
- Train and assist Special Educators (SEs) in platform usage and workflows
- Maintain regular communication with SEs, conduct follow-ups, and address basic operational challenges
- Support smooth execution of field-level project activities within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and coordination reports
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers and individuals restarting their careers are encouraged to apply)
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel within and around Dehradun
- Robust learning mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
