A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction
- Maintain product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive problem-solving ability
- Active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (any field)
- Prior experience in customer service

Pay: ₹10,398.74 - ₹15,000.00 per month
