About Us:

Media Tech Temple is expanding its footprint with our flagship product suite, Gear Bee ERP. We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Sales Team Leader to mentor our sales force and drive aggressive revenue targets in the B2B SaaS space.

Job Overview:

The Sales Team Leader will oversee and drive a high-performing team of Business Development Executives and Deputy Team Leaders. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets market penetration targets, stepping in to close high-value accounts, and maintaining extreme data discipline for executive management reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and track the daily performance of Business Development Executives.
- Own the collective sales target for the Gear Bee ERP vertical, assigning target territories and ensuring consistent pipeline progression.
- Lead negotiations and close large-scale accounts, multi-location dealership networks, or premium hotel chains.
- Prepare comprehensive data, team details, dealer details, and all necessary figures for strategic review sessions alongside Jainendra Sir, Deputy Team Leaders, and top management.
- Establish zero-compromise workflows for sales data management,



reviewing and verifying all client pipelines before weekly reviews.

Requirements:

- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in B2B tech/software sales.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven success in directly managing a team of sales executives.
- Advanced command over data metrics, sales forecasting, and funnel management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a "lead-by-example" mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suited for high-level management reporting.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay Types:

- Quarterly Team Target Bonus
- Performance Bonus

Pay: ₹14,469.45 - ₹45,118.71 per month
