Role Description
The Assistant Manager Recruitment is a full time, on-site role based in Bharatpur. This position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and attracting top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.



The role requires timely reporting on recruitment metrics and continuous efforts to improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers effectively
Relevant experience in HR or recruitment, with a preference for candidates in similar industries
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
