About the Job

Media Tech Temple is a fast-growing digital solutions and IT agency expanding its footprint in the B2B software sector. We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Sales Team Leader to spearhead the regional growth of our proprietary product suite, Gear Bee ERP (including Automobile Quotation Management, Banquet Management, and Task & Project Management software).

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Business Development Executives and Deputy Team Leaders, driving aggressive market penetration across target sectors. You will play a critical role in scaling our revenue, maintaining rigorous sales pipelines, and shaping the sales strategy in the Bharatpur region.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and track the daily performance of field sales executives. Conduct regular skill-building sessions to ensure the team effectively pitches Gear Bee ERP to local businesses.
- Target & Pipeline Management: Own the collective sales target for the software vertical. Strategize daily field operations, assign target territories, and ensure consistent pipeline progression.
- Data Discipline & Reporting: Establish strict workflows for sales data management. You will be responsible for meticulously preparing team details, active dealer details, and performance figures for high-level briefings with regional leadership and top management.
- High-Value Conversions:



Step into the field to lead complex negotiations and close large-scale accounts, such as multi-location automobile dealership networks or premium hotel chains.
- Cross-Selling Strategy: Guide your team to successfully bundle our ERP products with our existing tech infrastructure, such as WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, and Call Centre solutions.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or Software sales.
- Leadership: Minimum 1 to 2 years of direct experience managing and scaling a sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Advanced command over data metrics, sales forecasting, funnel management, and high-velocity closing.
- Communication: Strong skilled communication skills (Hindi and English) with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical business owners.
- Mindset: A "lead-by-example" approach—you must be willing to jump into the field with your executives for critical pitches.
- Local Readiness: Comfortable with daily local operations in Bharatpur and conducting on-site meetings with local business owners.
