Job Title: Center Head – Preschool & Daycare

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Organization: EuroKids Kalyani Nagar & Daycare (The Wonder Nest)

Role Overview

The Center Head is the single point of accountability for the overall performance of the preschool and daycare. You are responsible for admissions, parent satisfaction, staff performance, daily operations, and revenue stability.

Key Responsibilities
Center Operations
Run end-to-end school and daycare operations with zero dependency
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently met
Maintain infrastructure, learning environment, and daily schedules
Parent Management
Act as the face of the center for all parent interactions
Handle admissions counseling, onboarding, and retention
Resolve escalations directly—no passing the problem
Admissions & Growth
Drive admissions through local marketing, referrals, and conversions
Own monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion efficiency
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and manage teachers and daycare staff
Set clear expectations and hold team accountable
Address underperformance without delay
Daycare Management




Oversee extended care operations, routines, and child engagement
Ensure daycare parents feel equal trust and communication as preschool parents
Maintain staffing ratios and child safety protocols
Academic & Experience Quality
Ensure curriculum delivery meets brand standards
Monitor classroom engagement and child development outcomes
Conduct regular audits and feedback loops

Required Skills & Traits
Solid ownership mindset (not “manager” mentality)
High emotional intelligence with parents, but firm when needed
Ability to handle pressure, complaints, and unpredictability
Sales-driven thinking (admissions = survival)
Team control without being dependent on individuals

Experience
3–7 years in preschool, daycare, or education center management
Proven experience in handling parents and driving admissions
Experience managing both academics and operations is preferred

Position Type: Full time
Reporting: Directly to Owner/Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
