About the Role:
Vignesh Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for agile and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales for PVC/CPVC pipes across retail outlets and direct customers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in similar product sales and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for PVC/CPVC pipes through field visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and direct customers
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PVC/CPVC pipe sales (Retail & Direct Sales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market and dealer network is preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
