Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (EEE, ECE, E&I;, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Related Courses)
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and install IoT-based devices.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of devices.
- Attend on-site installation and service activities.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain installation and service reports accurately.
- Monitor device performance and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Update daily work status and service activities to management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field operations.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel for field service activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
