What You'll do - Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Birdeye’s growth objectives.

- Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Data analysis: Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. What do we need?

requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Demonstrated success and track record in enterprise SaaS products
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interfacing with customers, defining requirements, designing product solutions, driving product vision, managing product backlog Experience with project management and software development processes and tools.
- A successful candidate will be highly analytical, a great communicator, and able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization.
