Prior medical / healthcare field marketing experience is required.

We are looking for a field-based Medical Representative / Clinic Marketing Specialist for Jain Healthcare Network, Sector 56, Gurugram. The candidate must already understand the Gurugram healthcare market, have an existing local network, and be comfortable with daily field visits to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, RWAs, corporates, and community partners.

Must-Have Requirements

- Currently living in Gurugram.
- Prior experience in medical marketing, pharma sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics sales, clinic marketing, medical devices, or healthcare field sales.
- Existing healthcare network in Gurugram, including doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, hospitals, RWAs, corporates, or local healthcare contacts.
- Prior work experience specifically in the Gurugram healthcare market.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Gurugram / South Gurugram / Sector 56-57 catchment areas.
- Own two-wheeler or car.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic WhatsApp, phone follow-up, Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Professional, polite, persistent, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Referral Outreach

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and allied healthcare providers across Gurugram.
- Promote JHN services including General Medicine, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, EEG, NCV/EMG, ECG, PSG sleep studies, pharmacy, and visiting specialist OPDs.
- Build and maintain referral relationships.
- Follow up regularly with referral sources.
- Coordinate patient appointments generated through referrals.

1. Diagnostic & Specialty Service Promotion

- Promote JHNs OPD and diagnostic services in the local healthcare market.
- Explain services clearly and ethically to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and patients.
- Help generate leads for consultations, EEG, NCV/EMG, ECG, sleep studies,



and other clinic services.

1. Corporate, RWA & Community Outreach

- Approach RWAs, apartment societies, offices, corporates, schools, gyms, senior citizen groups, and local institutions.
- Help organize health camps, screening programs, wellness activities, and local awareness events.
- Identify new societies, offices, and community groups for outreach.

1. Health Camp Coordination

- Coordinate camps in societies, offices, schools, and community spaces.
- Support patient registration, crowd coordination, feedback collection, and post-camp follow-up.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and educational materials professionally.

1. Lead Tracking & Reporting

- Track leads from referrals, camps, WhatsApp, phone calls, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with patients politely and help them book consultations/tests.
- Maintain daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries.
- Coordinate with the front desk for appointment booking and patient communication.

Strongly Preferred

- Existing relationships with GPs, physicians, neurologists, pulmonologists, ENT doctors, cardiologists, orthopedics, psychiatrists, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and RWA contacts.
- Experience promoting diagnostics such as EEG, NCV/EMG, ECG, PSG/sleep study, pathology, radiology, or specialty consultations.
- Experience organizing health camps or corporate health programs.
