Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves actively engaging with potential buyers to understand their needs, showcasing real estate properties, and guiding clients through the purchase process. You will collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies, maintain excellent customer relationships,
and meet or exceed sales targets.
The role demands a proactive and customer-focused approach to help clients find their ideal properties.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License.
- Proficiency in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property practices and regulations.
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills for managing client relationships effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a energetic environment.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background or certifications in real estate or sales are beneficial.
