We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Associate to join our South Indian Café team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily café operations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guest

key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

* Serve food and beverages as per company standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.

* Ensure proper table setup and timely clearing of tables.

* Handle customer queries and resolve concerns courteously.

* Support billing and payment processes when required.

* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

* Follow company policies, SOPs,



and food safety guidelines.

* Assist in inventory management and stock monito

Requirements:

* Minimum HSC / Graduate.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-service-oriented attitude.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail experience preferred.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
