Executive Assistant to the COO

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the COO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the COO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and spreadsheets as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Assist in office administration and operational coordination.
- Support the COO with research, data collection, and business-related tasks.




- Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
