HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS - US EXPERIENCED ONLY

We are looking professionals worked for a US Voice Process.

Key Details:

- Andheri West, Mumbai (WFO)
- ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,60,000 PA
- Night Shift | US Process
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in International BPO ( US )

Requirements:

- Prior US process experience mandatory
- Excellent English communication
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Residing in Mumbai suburbs

Key Responsibilities:

- Handled US Voice Process ( preferably DirecTV / Dish )

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively, efficiently and upsell

- Demonstrate robust communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai

NOTE- ONLY MUMBAI SUBURBAN CANDIDATES CAN APPLY

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree





- Candidates having 6 - 12 months of international (US) voice process experience are welcome to Apply

- Worked on DirecTV customer service / sales are preferred

Selection Process:

- HR Interview

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment

- Ops Interview

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working night shift ( 9PM to 6AM )
