Head of Viticulture – Nashik ? Nashik (Field-first. Vineyard-heavy.)

What this is Not a research role.

Not a consulting role.

Not a desk-based agronomy position.

A market-shaping and quality leadership role.

You will become the face of grape expertise at Bharat Intelligence and help build the operating standards that define how vineyard work gets executed across Nashik.

What you will build • Vineyard quality systems

- Grape work-pack standards
- Labour training programs
- Mukadam capability frameworks
- Field audit and quality scorecards
- Export-grade execution protocols
- SOPs for every major vineyard activity
- Trust with progressive farmers and exporters

What you will ownDomain Leadership Become the technical face of Bharat Intelligence in the Nashik grape ecosystem.

Build relationships with farmers, exporters, FPOs, consultants, and industry leaders.

Help position Bharat Intelligence as the most credible execution partner in grape cultivation.

Quality Excellence Define what "good" looks like for every grape operation.

Pruning.

Thinning.

Canopy management.

Harvesting.

Packing.

New plantations.

Build systems that ensure work is delivered consistently and to standard.

Labour Capability Train labour teams, supervisors,



and mukadams.

Translate complex viticulture practices into simple field processes.

Create systems that improve quality at scale—not just on individual farms.

Operating Systems Turn years of vineyard expertise into repeatable execution frameworks.

Build SOPs, checklists, field workflows, and quality controls that can be deployed across hundreds of acres.

Who this is for • 10+ years in grape farming, viticulture, vineyard management, or export grape operations

- Deep understanding of the Nashik grape ecosystem
- Strong exposure to export-quality vineyards
- Experience managing and training labour-intensive field operations
- Respected by farmers and known within local grape-growing clusters
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi
