Must-Have

- GenAI Deployment: Good Exposure in deploying GenAI application in productions using various hyperscaler providers.
- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure GenAI platforms and solutions.
- Define the technical specifications for GenAI applications, including data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prompt Development: Design, test, and refining prompts to optimize large language model (LLM) performance.
- Research & Innovation: Stay informed on the latest advancements in GenAI
- Experiment with new methodologies, share insights, and propose innovative approaches to enhance AI capabilities.
- Lead the evaluation of appropriate GenAI tools, frameworks, and cloud services.
- Train, validate, and deploy GenAI models.




- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.

Good-to-Have

- Leadership skills – ability to lead, motivate and manage teams
- Good communication skills – presentation, written and oral with ability to understand customer requirements and articulate solutions
