Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to generate leads, explain loan products, and guide customers through the application process.

Inbound Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and other related details.

Lead Qualification:

Identifying potential customers and assessing their loan eligibility.

Loan Application Support:

Assisting customers in completing loan applications and providing necessary information.

Follow-up:

Following up with leads and potential customers to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, loan applications, and payment details.

Sales Targets:

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for loan approvals or other relevant metrics.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and internal policies during customer interactions.

Customer Service:





Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues, addressing complaints, and building rapport.

Skills Required:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.

Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to choose loan products.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer queries effectively and resolve issues.
