Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Interior Fit-out role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams; reviewing drawings and BOQs; and ensuring that execution aligns with design, quality, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring site progress, resolving in office issues, managing material deliveries and installation timelines, and maintaining updated project documentation and reports.

The Project

Manager will also conduct regular site inspections, track variations, support billing and vendor payments,



and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to drive timely material procurement, vendor follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for planning, movement, and storage of materials, fixtures, and furniture for interior fit-out sites.
- Hands-on Inspection experience to verify workmanship, materials, finishes, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Background in interior fit-out, modular furniture, or construction projects, ideally in residential, commercial, or industrial interiors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs; familiarity with basic project documentation and reporting tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors and site teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site full time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and managing multiple projects concurrently.
