Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Chartered Accountant. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts, financial statements, and taxation-related functions. You will prepare and review financial reports, oversee tax planning and compliance, conduct audits, and provide strategic financial advice.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in budgeting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and offering financial insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of taxation, including direct and indirect tax compliance, GST, and TDS
- Proficiency in auditing practices, including internal and statutory audits
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analytical skills and attention to detail when interpreting financial data
- Comfortable using accounting and tax software tools
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions
- Candidates should possess a Chartered Accountant degree with 1-2 years of post qualification experience in Internal Audit
- Experience in a similar role or CA firm will be an added advantage
