Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in Solapur for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including managing budgets, developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial planning and forecasting. Responsibilities also include evaluating financial performance, analyzing risk, leading financial audits, and providing strategic financial insights to support organizational decision-making.
Qualifications
Robust financial management and accounting skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
Proficiency in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and financial auditing
Leadership and team management experience with the ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to support long-term organizational goals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and present financial insights
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of healthcare financial operations is an advantage
Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis is highly desirable
