The Service Advisor is responsible for acting as the link between customers and the service team by understanding customer concerns, preparing service orders, coordinating repairs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality service.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & Relationship Management

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Listen carefully to customer complaints and identify service needs.
- Explain service procedures, repair requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Inspection & Job Card Management

- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and record customer concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards with details of complaints, required repairs, and customer instructions.
- Perform vehicle walk-around inspection and note existing damages.
- Explain additional repair requirements and obtain customer approval before work.
- Ensure proper documentation of service records.

Coordination with Workshop Team

- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair progress.
- Allocate jobs based on technician availability and workload.
- Monitor repair status and ensure timely completion.




- Communicate technical information between customer and technician.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired according to company standards.

Billing & Delivery Process

- Verify completed work before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed services and replaced parts to customers.
- Coordinate with billing team for invoice preparation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle handover.
- Collect customer feedback after service.

Sales & Service Support

- Promote periodic maintenance packages, accessories, and value-added services.
- Inform customers about warranty policies and service benefits.
- Support customer retention through follow-up calls.
- Maintain service reminders and customer database.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical systems.
- Ability to understand vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and coordination ability.
- Basic computer knowledge for service software.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.
- Experience in two-wheeler service centers will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
