Anugrahita Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing distribution and brand-building company working in the health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle category. We are actively expanding our retail network across Delhi NCR and are looking for energetic field sales professionals to join our team.

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
(Salary depends on experience and market knowledge)

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail markets, chemists, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, nutrition stores, and general trade outlets.
- Generate new business and onboard new retailers/distributors.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at stores.
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues when required.
- Share daily reporting with management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in FMCG, skincare, cosmetics, supplements, nutrition, or pharma sales preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.




- Knowledge of South Delhi retail markets is an advantage.
- Must own a bike/scooter with valid driving license.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
