Marketing Manager – CoreFit Plus Pilates Studio

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, social media growth, and campaign execution while working closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars, reels, and campaigns
- Monitor engagement and improve reach and visibility

Content & Brand Strategy

- Develop brand-focused content for social media and campaigns
- Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning
- Coordinate content shoots, testimonials, and creatives

Lead Generation & Growth

- Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and memberships




- Align marketing activities with sales targets
- Track performance and optimize campaigns

Influencer & Partnerships

- Identify and manage influencer collaborations
- Build partnerships with wellness and lifestyle brands
- Handle outreach and relationship management

Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversions
- Prepare campaign performance reports
- Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness

Requirements

- Strong experience in digital marketing & social media management
- Knowledge of Meta ads, Instagram growth, and branding
- Experience with Canva, marketing tools, and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
