Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The role involves driving brand awareness, lead generation, social media growth, and campaign execution while working closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

**Social Media & Digital Marketing**

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

* Plan and execute content calendars, reels, and campaigns

* Monitor engagement and improve reach and visibility

**Content & Brand Strategy**

* Develop brand-focused content for social media and campaigns

* Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning

* Coordinate content shoots, testimonials, and creatives

**Lead Generation & Growth**

* Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and memberships

* Align marketing activities with sales targets





* Track performance and optimize campaigns

**Influencer & Partnerships**

* Identify and manage influencer collaborations

* Build partnerships with wellness and lifestyle brands

* Handle outreach and relationship management

**Analytics & Reporting**

* Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversions

* Prepare campaign performance reports

* Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness

**Requirements**

* Strong experience in digital marketing & social media management

* Knowledge of Meta ads, Instagram growth, and branding

* Experience with Canva, marketing tools, and analytics platforms

* Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
