Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, catalog management, inventory coordination, marketplace promotions, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and images.
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure timely updates of product information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace-related issues.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, deals, and offers.
- Support marketplace advertising activities and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and basic marketplace SEO to improve product visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze competitor pricing, product trends, and marketplace activities.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.
- Coordinate with content, design,



photography, and marketing teams for listing enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of marketplace operations and online selling platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home décor, gifting, lifestyle, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with multiple online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience using marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
