Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect accident or damaged vehicles brought to the body shop.
Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
Prepare repair estimates for denting, painting, and body repairs.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
Open job cards and maintain proper repair documentation.
Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of repair work.
Keep customers updated on repair progress and delivery schedules.
Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
Ensure quality standards are maintained for all repair jobs.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable resolutions.
Coordinate with spare parts and workshop teams for smooth repair operations.
Ensure proper documentation for insurance claims and billing.

Required Skills

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in automobile body shop or service advisory role preferred.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in automobile service or body shop operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
