nWe are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises at Roach Lifescapes, Indiranagar. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry/exit, maintaining discipline, and safeguarding employees, visitors, and property.n
Key Responsibilities:*
Monitor and control access at the main gate/reception area
Verify and record visitor entries and exits
Ensure all employees and visitors follow security protocols
Conduct regular patrols within the premises
Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently
Maintain daily logs and reports of activities
Coordinate with management in case of any suspicious activities
Ensure proper parking management and vehicle checks if required
Assist in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures
Requirements:*
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security services (office/commercial property preferred)
Basic education (10th pass or above)
Must be able to communicate in Kannada (mandatory)
Knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage
Physically fit and alert
Positive observation and problem-solving skills
Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed
Working Conditions:*
Rotational shifts (day/night)
Weekly off as per roster
Additional Preference:*
Candidates residing near Indiranagar or within a 5–8 km radius will be preferred
