Position: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and ensure our guests enjoy the very best of Kerala hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service for meals and à la carte dining.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle guest relations, resolve service issues, and build loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior management on promotions, branding, and growth strategies.
- Prepare and review operational and financial reports regularly.

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management (South Indian / Kerala cuisine preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
- Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Location: Salt Mango Tree, Indiranagar, Bangalore

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
