Position: Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and ensure our guests enjoy the very best of Kerala hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service for meals and à la carte dining.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle guest relations, resolve service issues, and build loyalty.
Collaborate with senior management on promotions, branding, and growth strategies.
Prepare and review operational and financial reports regularly.

Requirements




5+ years of experience in restaurant management (South Indian / Kerala cuisine preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and financial reporting.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
