We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises at Roach Lifescapes, Indiranagar. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry/exit, maintaining discipline, and safeguarding employees, visitors, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access at the main gate/reception area
- Verify and record visitor entries and exits
- Ensure all employees and visitors follow security protocols
- Conduct regular patrols within the premises
- Handle security incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Maintain daily logs and reports of activities
- Coordinate with management in case of any suspicious activities
- Ensure proper parking management and vehicle checks if required
- Assist in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security services (office/commercial property preferred)
- Basic education (10th pass or above)
- Must be able to communicate in Kannada (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage
- Physically fit and alert
- Valuable observation and problem-solving skills
- Honest, disciplined, and well-groomed
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (day/night)
- Weekly off as per roster
Additional Preference:
- Candidates residing near Indiranagar or within a 5–8 km radius will be preferred
