As we scale our brand presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities1. Branding & Strategy

- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans to increase footfall and brand awareness.
- Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistent aesthetic and communication across all platforms.
- Create and implement festive, seasonal, and campaign-based promotions.

2. Digital Marketing

- Handle social media strategy & content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, reels, and brand partnerships.
- Run targeted digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to drive bookings.
- Manage online reputation—respond to Google reviews and customer feedback.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention

- Execute lead generation campaigns to increase new client walk-ins.
- Build loyalty programs, referral campaigns & exclusive offers to retain clients.
- Coordinate SMS, WhatsApp, and email marketing campaigns.





4. Performance Tracking

- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights & footfall trends.
- Maintain weekly and monthly marketing dashboards with clear KPIs.

5. Operational Coordination

- Collaborate closely with the Salon Manager and service teams for execution of promotions.
- Ensure timely creation of creatives, banners, posters, print materials, and in-store branding.
- Build partnerships with residential communities, gyms, cafes, and corporates for BTL promotions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in marketing within the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends & content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of designer tools (Canva), CRM tools & ad platforms is an added advantage.
