- Execute Customer components inspection whenever needed by customer.
- Execute QC activities that translates to reduction of AFR and COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)
- Inspect inhouse manufacturing parts (FSI & final inspection ) and ensure the zero defect.
- Solve assembly complaints and coordinate to take the CAPA with concerned departments.
- Monitor critical quality metrics and parameters required to meet profitability and Internal customer satisfaction.
- Update and Review the Daily Metrics (In-process-PPM, Rejections , AFR, Rework)
- Maintain & update QMS ISO 9001 objectives & records and take the act**ions for gap a**
