Bharat Intelligence is building India's operating system for agricultural labour. We are creating a managed execution layer that helps farmers access reliable labour exactly when they need it, while creating predictable opportunities for workers.

Nashik is one of India's most important agricultural markets, with high-value crops, complex labour dynamics, seasonal demand spikes, migrant worker flows, and demanding execution requirements.

As City CEO – Nashik, you will be the single owner of making this ecosystem work.

This is not a desk role.
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a reporting role.

You will own the full city operating engine across:

• Labour Supply & Workforce Reliability
• Farmer Demand & Strategic Relationships
• Allocation & Marketplace Execution
• Team Leadership & District Operations

What You'll Own:

✅ Build and manage local and migrant labour sourcing pipelines

✅ Drive labour onboarding, activation, retention, attendance, and productivity

✅ Lead allocation teams responsible for deploying labour across farms and clusters

✅ Ensure daily fulfilment, execution quality, discipline, and operational excellence

✅ Manage farmer-facing sales and operations teams

✅ Own farmer relationships, trust, repeat usage, and key account management

✅ Build and lead multi-layered ground teams across sourcing, allocation, and farmer operations

✅ Drive city-level metrics across supply, demand, fulfilment, retention, and execution

✅ Act as the final decision-maker for Nashik operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of hardcore operations experience

• Proven experience managing city-level, district-level, or large-cluster operations





• Experience in high-frequency operations, logistics, marketplaces, agriculture, mobility, gig work, supply chains, or field-heavy businesses

• Strong understanding of Nashik's villages, labour belts, farmer ecosystems, and seasonal agricultural patterns

• Experience leading blue-collar and field teams at scale

• Solid ownership mindset and ability to operate independently

• Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills

• Comfortable spending significant time on the ground

Preferred Backgrounds:

• City Manager / Cluster Manager roles
• Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
• Hyperlocal & Marketplace Businesses

Experience with grapes, onions, pomegranates, or other Nashik-relevant horticulture value chains is a strong advantage.
