Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present company products and services, and generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining solutions clearly, managing call scripts, and following up on leads through phone, email, and messaging platforms. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets,



and providing basic customer support and issue resolution.

The Telesales

Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident phone etiquette.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build positive, long-term relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, convert opportunities, and consistently meet targets.
- Ability to work with basic CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort using phone, email, and online communication platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, persistence, and the ability to handle objections and high call volumes.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments is preferred, especially in IT or digital services.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Kolkata metropolitan area in a hybrid setup, with reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
