**Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Operations Supervisor role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Manufacturing Operations

Supervisor will coordinate daily production activities, assign tasks to team members, and ensure that production targets are met safely and efficiently. The role involves monitoring shop-floor operations, overseeing material flow, and troubleshooting process issues to minimize downtime. The supervisor will implement and maintain quality control procedures, conduct routine inspections of finished products, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. This position will also support production planning,



track key performance indicators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, training, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental s tandards. Qualifications

- Strong Manufacturing Operations knowledge, with hands-on experience in production environments or process industries.
- Proficient Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in Production Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Quality Control skills, including in-process checks, inspection of finished goods, and documentation of nonconformities.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with operators, maintenance, quality teams, and management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction materials, plastics, or cleantech manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage shift operations, and respond to time-sensitive production needs.**
