Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Salesperson will identify and nurture new leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, coordinating site visits, preparing and presenting property information, and guiding clients through pricing, documentation, and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, staying updated on local market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and client service. The Salesperson is expected to deliver a consultative,
client-centered experience while meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals in a competitive environment.
- Solid client relationship management, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
- Basic understanding of real estate processes, local property markets, and regulatory or documentation requirements (prior real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfort with digital tools such as CRM software, email, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup within the Kolkata metropolitan area, including regular in-person site visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in the Kolkata region is an added asset.
